Help fix my R/MO farming build
I use this for farming mino's/Griffs outside hero's and augery.
Barrage
Hunter shot
Bathazars aura (the damage dealing one)
Symbol of wrath
retribution
whirling defense
call of protection
charm.
12 smite
8 beast
7 exp (rune)
8 marks (rune)
I can farm easlily with this but I need to have lina and little tom with me or I get owned. My question is how can I modify this for solo farming?

been done..
uhhh... Do you want us to fix it up, or give you a proper build? Really, it's not so much damage that you should be worried about, as barrage is enough to kill them. It's all about having a sustainable way to regain health for the duration your going to be killing each mob of griffins. So one of the better build's i've managed to leech is this:
Barrage
Living Spirit ( Not sure if thats the name, its whenever you attack you gain 10 health)
Lightning Reflexes
Throw Dirty
Whirling Defence
Dryad's Defence
Heal Area (or Healing Breeze or Stormchaser)
Live Vicariously
You'll need a Vampiric Bow preferrably 5 life stealing, but 4 will do. Anything under 4 you'll be really living life on the edge. You will also need a Zealous bow (energy stealing) to gain energy back.
I find minotaurs and griffons are quite hard if your just starting out to farm. If you get a longbow, it's much easier to farm the Imps and Golemns outside Ice Caves of Sorrow

Heal Area heals every creature within range, friend or foe. Don't heal the Griffons

Vant you just use a trap build to farm griffons?
I usually farm ice imps, anyone knows a better way?

im assuming your using a beast mastery barrage farming build
so here goes:
take away all the points you have in smiting and jack those skills, running a balt aura on your pet will make the mob scatter messing up your using your pet as a tank strategy
you need a zealous bow, YOU NEED a zealous bow or else your build will fail
why you ask? because you need to be able to spam comfort animal alot, and without zealous your pet will die and the mob will come to own you like they did your pet. so lets get to skills shall we?
have at least 12 marksmenship, thats a minimum, any points above 12 is not adding all the much to your damage, and its purely for doing a little more damage and adding to your barrage speeding up your run a little bit.
you need at least 14 to beast mastery, not for damage, but so call of protection and comfort animal will keep your tank in working order
heres a sample build, its all personal choice
barrage
call of haste (the faster your pet reached the mob the less chances they will come after you)
comfprt animal
charm animal
call of protection
symbiotic bond/life bond these do the same thing
if you used life bond you can add in essence bond or balt spirit for helping with your energy management, you need alll the energy you can get for keeping your pet alive and spamming barrage
whirling defense
customize it to suit your style of play, these are just suggestions
